UK STANDARD SHIPPING - FREE
All orders are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked 48, tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it will take approximately 1-3 days for your items to arrive. We do our best to make sure that our order delivery timeframes are as accurate as possible however if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended.
We are able to accommodate next day delivery upon request. Please contact us either via email, our website contact form or Instagram direct message to request this before placing your order.
NOTE: Please make sure that your address is entered correctly at checkout and includes all required information, this ensures that your order is processed and delivered appropriately within the specified time frames. Totes Luxe UK does not take responsibility for orders that are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered if the address information provided was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International Orders (Orders Outside the UK) are subject to additional shipping charges and will require longer shipping times.
Please allow up 3-5 business days for orders to be delivered, depending on which country you live in.
Custom and duty fees do not apply with our international orders. All fees are covered by Totes Luxe UK and you will not be required to pay anything beyond our checkout page.
We will not be responsible for any shipping deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or any air or ground transportation strikes/delays.
ALL INTERNATION SHIPPING ARE SENT WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AND NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR ON DELIVERY.

Totes Luxe UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders made by customers due to suspected fraudulent/criminal activity. We may ask for proof of identity if your order is flagged as suspicious on our site.
